Detox soup recipe for easy weight loss

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as celery, yellow or red peppers, onions, or green beans)
  • 1 cup mixed green leafy vegetables (such as spinach, chard, or kale)
  • 1/2 cup assortment of root vegetables (such as carrots, beets, or yams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste and minced ginger mixture
  • 2-4 teaspoons mixed spices (coriander, turmeric, clove, black pepper, cinnamon, cumin)
  • 1-2 cups homemade vegetable broth
  • Pinch of salt, to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup red kidney beans (optional)
