Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Chop the parsley, onion, carrot, and garlic. Set aside.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions and carrots, and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook Okra: Add the okra to the skillet. Cook, stirring, for about 25 minutes until tender. Mash the okra with a spoon as it cooks.

  6. Final Touches: Add the fresh spinach, garlic, bouillon paste, salt, water, parsley, allspice, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine and cook until the spinach is wilted and the stew is heated through.
