Mini Tater Tot Cheeseburgers

 

Directions:

Preheat the oven and cook the tater tots according to the package instructions until they are golden and crispy.
While the tater tots are cooking, in a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, ground pepper, garlic powder, and dry minced onion. Mix until well combined.
Form the beef mixture into small patties, about the size of the tater tots.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the mini patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
During the last minute of cooking, place a small piece of sliced cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
To assemble the mini tater tot cheeseburgers, place a cooked tater tot on the bottom, followed by a cheeseburger patty, a small dollop of ketchup, and a dill pickle chip. Top with another tater tot.
Secure each mini cheeseburger with a toothpick.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
