Homemade picadillo for dinner

Directions

  1. Brown Beef: Cook 1 lb ground beef in a skillet until browned. Remove excess grease.
  2. Sauté Onions: Add 1/2 cup diced onion to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  3. Add Liquids and Seasoning: Pour in 2 cups water, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, and 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon. Stir and taste. Adjust seasoning with more bouillon and tomato sauce if needed.
  4. Add Vegetables: Add 1 cup chopped potatoes and 1 can corn. Mix well and cover.
  5. Cook: Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Add more water if the mixture becomes too dry. Cook until potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve: Enjoy your homemade picadillo!
