Directions:
- Cook Beef:
- Brown ground beef and onions in a large saucepan. Drain if needed.
- Add Spices:
- Add black pepper, thyme, basil, seasoning salt, and onion soup mix.
- Combine Liquids:
- Add water, tomato sauce, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add Vegetables:
- Add diced tomatoes, corn, celery, celery leaves, carrots, and potatoes. Simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender, about 30 minutes. Add more water if needed.
- Season and Serve:
- Season with garlic salt. Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese and sour cream.
