Instructions

  1. Sauté Onions: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onions for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Add ground beef to the pot and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add Vegetables: Stir in the red bell pepper, garlic, and jalapeño. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the pepper begins to soften.
